Full liquid diet

I am 10 days post op and do not have my post op meeting with my NUT until 4/11 at wich point i then get to go to pureed. I guess I am not sure what the difference is between full liquid and clear liquid. I am mostly doing broths, SF popsicles, Protein shakes and SF Jello, and FF milk. Any other suggestions for the full liquid stage? Thanks!

Clear liquids: Water, crystal light, diet iced tea, decaf tea, decaf coffee, sugar free Jello, sugar free Popsicle s, broth, diluted 100% fruit juice (half water/half juice)

Full liquids: include everything in your Clear liquids list plus: yogurt (with no fruit bits - be careful of sugar and fat content), reduced fat creamed Soups (strained), skim milk, soy milk, thinned cream of wheat or grits, sugar free/low fat pudding.

Hope this helps!

Your NUT should give you a list of foods that you can have during this stage... mine did.
