help!

My date was 2/12/14 and so far I've lost 25lbs for 2 weeks of that time I lost no weight (I didn't gain) I was surprised that I haven't lost more weight because I changed my eating habits drastically.I finally realized that Protein is really important and I wasn't eating enough. Anyone

Have any suggestions on what I can do to lose more weight

Yes, keep meeting your protein & hydration goals.....and allow time to pass.

It's not a race, it just takes time. I remember feeling very impatient right after surgery because I wanted the weight to be gone, like, immediately. But the reality is, it just takes taking good care of yourself and allowing some time to pass.

You will lose weight.

You are right.....thanks I will focus on my liquid and protein

I am 5 months post op and down 55 lbs. I am very happy with the loss as long as I can keep it going. Don't get too 'ocd' with the scale, sometimes you lose sometimes you gain. I only weigh once a week now in order to keep myself on track and also to not be too critical of myself. Your body is still healing from surgery too, so take it easy and don't get too caught up in the numbers. The weight loss is dramatic for the first month-I think I lost around 20 the first month. I am a steady loser though-I lose on avg about 2-3 lbs per week. Then I will have a week where I gain 3! So it yoyos a bit. Take your time, get adjusted to the lifestyle/diet change and don't just focus on the number. Focus on the positive changes you are making to be a healthier person and congrats on the great loss so far!!
