Any sleevers in the Atlanta area?

Middle Ga but had my surgery in ATL. Post op 3/11/14, 19 days. Down from 256 and this morning scale says 221. Adjusting, couple if tough nights with the gas bubble on day 13 of post op and first night of two sleeping. On my way!!

North Ga here! April 28th is my surgery date. Any advice on what to habe ready at home

Most definitely Popsicles and Fudgecicles, low sugar or no sugar. I bought the individual cups or little bags of instant mashed potatoes, cream of wheat cereal and cream if chicken and mushroom soup. My husband strained it and mashed it real fine. You can have oatmeal and grits. Grits I think made my tummy hurt, too grainy. I bought some isopure fruit punch too. Of course you must use your protein shakes. Nectar the first week is best, much lighter. Everything is hard to get down at first. Good luck!!

I don't know how to do it, but you can try to msg cobra5000 (my husband). I'm sure he wouldn't mind. He was sleeved March 28.

Do you mean you're all alone like not knowing any other sleevers or what?
