always tired and cold

I was wondering if anyone is having issues with being cold and tired all the time? I am 15 months post op and am cold all the time. Also I am tired all the time even after going to the gym. Wondering if it may be a thyroid thing cause my weight has not budged in months. Anyone else have these issues?

I have thyroid, and this could be the cause of your symptoms, it could also have something to do with anemia, vitamin defficency or low blood pressure. You may want to schedule an appointment with you

I am prone to getting cold now. I keep my house warmer and my kiddo came home for spring break and complained heartily so I am wearing sweaters this week! I also learn from my skinny friends - don't

I'm about to be 3 months out, a few weeks after surgery I felt freezing cold (in summer) but now I don't feel that cold anymore but I don't feel hot neither. I'm not sure it's because I always keep myself warm or not but I'm not bothered by feeling cold.

Now I'm worried if there's something wrong with my body if I don't feel freezing cold like most of the WLS patiets lol

When did you start to feel cold?

I've been wrapped in this layer of bear fat for so long, I've slept under a fan year round for years! Then menopause, crap! I am 3 weeks out and wondering if I will stop being a walking sauna any time soon!

@@JCP The cercle of my period has been changed for almost a year, now I have period every a few months and it comes very little each time. I wonder if I'm about to reach menopause as well but my gynaecologist didn't think so. She asked if I have any hot flash and I don't. My body must be a bit confused now I guess.

The first appointment with my surgeon (at 1 month post-op) he asked if I felt cold, I told him that I only feel cold sometimes even when it's warm in the house but I don't feel hot at all except after exercise.

Cute kitty, by the way :) Meoww!
