overwhelmed

So I went for my 1st appt today to get the metabolic test, meet the surgeon, and talk to the insurance lady. I waited for over a month to get in. the while time I've been researching and been in here every night reading. So I have tried to prepare myself. tomorrow I have my mnt appt, pcp appt to get my referral letter for insurance, chest x ray, and EKG. I have a swallow study next Wednesday. The only thing left is the psych which they do in house so I find out when that appt is tomorrow. If insurance approves me, I will be having surgery in April. I am so ready for this, but now that it is happening, I'm feeling very overwhelmed. I haven't had an appetite all day (go figure lol). I guess I just need a little reassurance.
