Sick to my stomach

I am really sick, been up off and on through the night. Can't keep anything down not even the shakes and I am on my liquid diet now. I don't know what to do to get my protein in today with my feeling this way. Anyone have any idea's?

Call your dr. It may be a stomach virus..it may be from your surgery, etc etc . Don't worry about getting your protein in..get yourself better. Find out why .

Hoping you feel better soon.

Hydrate! Get some water with electrolytes and add a lil liquid protein shot from gnc or the like. Also, call your doctor.

I should have mentioned that I am pre-op. I am going to call my dr and see if she can prescribe me some zofran (anti-nausea medicine). I can't do this all day. I have my endoscope tomorrow, so I want to feel better before I go in for it. I tried drinking a shake to only have it come back up. UGHH

Hope you're feeling better. Sounds like you have a bit of a stomach virus. :(
