I went to he doctor on Wednesday to confirm I wanted the sleeve. While waiting the the waiting room I had a very informative convo with patients of my doc who'd already had the procedure. Anyway, as we are talking a younger girl comes up and joins. As this young lady is talking I hear her say she was 358 and has lost 70lbs....yay right? Well as she was telling the group some held a strawberry pop, hot cheetos and a brash of peanut m&m's in her hand. She was not accompanied by anyone else do this junk had to be hers. Wtf yall!!!!! This was very discouraging. I want to get away from these eating habits yet she is proving its possible. And so I was reminded....THE SLEEVE IS JUST A TOOL!!!
