Anyone else experiencing fatigue and low energy? I'm on week 2 and I can't seem to find much energy. Hope this passes soon. Anyone else have this? Does it go away?

My nutritionist put me on a liquid vitamin B complex with B12.

I am 3 weeks out and by the time I get home around 5pm, I am exhausted. I've been taking a sublingual B-12 Vitamin along with my regular Multivitamin, but it hasn't helped that much.

I will be 1 week post-op tomorrow. I am taking vit. b12 also and calcium. I am experiencing fatigue. I was told to make sure I got the Protein shakes , Vitamins and liquids in and that would help. I think part of it is just the healing process. I do walk every two hours during the day for 10 min. like they told me. Hopefully next week will be better.

This gets better little by little. Assuming you are post op a couple of weeks and only getting in a few hundred calories a day and probably not enough fluids it's to be expected. Hang in there, I promise it gets better

Im 5 months out and still battle this. I added exercise to try to counter it and that slowed the loss but increased the inches lost.

Over all tho i feel better than before i had the surgery so Im ok with it for now.

I returned to work after two weeks off and could barely get through one client without feeling sore and exhausted. Now I can work 12 hours with no problems. I don't have much left after a long day but I feel ok as long as I remember to eat and get fluids in throughout the day
