4 week post op anniversary

Tomorrow will be 4 wks that I decided to change my life for the better. So far I've been doing great. I'm down 45lbs. And I'm tolerating new foods every week. I'm just a little nervous about going back to work and starting at the gym. Tomorrow I'm gonna be wiped out. But I know I can do it. No pain No gain........right.

Congrats to you! 45 lbs is awesome! Have you got clearance for regular food, I know many practices differ. I am at stage 2, and I only 2 weeks out. When do you return back to work? What will you say regarding your weight loss? I'm not trying to tell my co workers, it's my business. Best of luck to you!

Congrats on the weight loss.

Thank you. Not quite regular but mushy like eggs fish shrimp soft veggies etc. Things that can be swolled easly when chewed correctly I only introduce one new food a week. My Co workers already knew what was going on with me they were part of my support system. I go back to work tomorrow. You're right that is your business but if your Co workers do ask I would just say I made some life changing decisions and change the subject
