Starting liquids tomorrow

And I can't sleep. I bought a huge container of whey protein from GNC and the stuff is just nasty. So that's great. I wasted thirty bucks.

I'm freaking out, I can't sleep. I don't know how I'm going to live on liquid for a week, it just seems crazy to me.

    GNC will take back open protein powders. They will sometimes have ones you can taste before buying too. The liquid diet isn't that bad. I just got some different creamy soups and some herbal teas for variety. Everyone on this site has done it and you can too!! Good luck!
