The time has come!

Today I had my pre-op appointment. I have been given the green light for surgery on March 26th. Im currently 348 HW 360. Plan to drop another 8 lbs before my date. Fellas any advise for me.

I'm having surgery on the 31st. My HW was 381, and I'm currently down to 358. Trying to get to < 345 by my surgery date. My only advice (which is what I tell myself each day) is to keep following the program. Eat what you are supposed, drink your Water, and exercise.

I'm on the 26th as well. This two week pre op diet is not easy. My starting weight was 303 and I am excited to get this going. There are some really good videos on YouTube if you have not checked them out yet. There's one guy who has the top 10 reasons to not have vsg surgery. This is a great video if you get time to check it out.
