Heart flutters or gas?

I've already called my doctor and they don't think it's anything related to dehydration (I was sleeved Monday), but I'm having weird little flutters/gurgles? in my throat. It feels like palpitations I've had in the past but when I get up and walk it stops. I'm getting in a lot of liquids. I'm walking a lot. Overall, I feel pretty good. This is just kind of nagging at me and I wondered if anyone else has experienced this.

Yes, i have had the gurgles. It probably is gas. Have you tried Gas-X strips?

Yes- I have. I may do another and try to rest. My pulse is a little elevated so maybe I just need to settle down. They do work wonders!
