Very common. And very frustrating. These stalls happen. And they stink.

missyhogan, what surgery did you have? Don't forget your stomach is still swollen and you have to give it time. Make sure your getting in your protein!!! That's all that matters at this point. You will get there!!!

At 4 months, the swelling probably isn't an issue. Be patient, stick to the plan. That's what I keep telling myself too! I lost 4 pounds last week, so I am expecting to see a "stall" on Monday when I weigh again.

You are certainly not alone. I've been in a stall for 6 weeks. I thought I had it conquered at one point, but now I'm right back where I was, number-wise.

Stalls happen but then they break.... Stay focused you will get there

i too am at a stall...how to break it..i upped my Water and was hopeful next day...but no..the body is stubborn...

last night had some guests and had a very late dinner...the body did not like it...

why are you enjoying with friends...concentrate on your weight loss...it said.. :)
