I started at about 4 weeks. Maybe just do the treadmill and don't push too hard at first. Keep at it though. Exercise is the best!

My surgeon suggested I walked at least 30 minutes each day starting with the first day of surgery and at 3 weeks post op I hit the gym. My first day back I did 3.5 miles on the elliptical then 3 miles

How long after surgery did you start to really work out? My Dr. said I could start 2 weeks after my procedure but after 10 minutes on the elliptical I felt dizzy and sick so I stopped. I want to get started with a routine but I don't want to jump the gun.
PS I'm 4 weeks out now
