Gluten free protein

I am planning for surgery, late April, and am looking for Protein to plan for my recovery. Since I have an auto immune disorder, I also want to let go of gluten. Any gluten free sleevers? I found one that looks interesting. Lifetimes Life Basics with Plant Greens.

Other recommendations?

I am not celiac but do try to have a gluten free diet. I no longer have the powders so can't give you specifics, but the powders I used were gluten free. Also, talk to your NUT-I'm sure they will be able to help too! ???? good luck!!!

I have celiac disease, along with a handful of other auto-immune disorders. As I am sure you know, lean meat, yogurt and cottage cheese are gluten free, as are many vegetarian options. I used Slim-fast and WonderSlim shakes/drinks for Protein. Quest products are also gluten free and delicious.

You'll have no problems!

Best,

Amy

I used tera's whey it is gluten free. Not the most Protein out there, but they do offer samples you can buy so you can try it out see if you like them.
