GOAL! W/ Pics

What a year it has been. I can't truly process all the changes that have happened. This time last year I was resting at home recovering from surgery and now I am officially at goal! I feel so blessed that I was given the opportunity to be sleeved. Definitely the best decision I have ever made. Here's a few photos:
