My right side is burning very bad I think I ate to much . Can anyone tell me what is wrong when U have burning on your right side I had a lobster tail for dinner with some soup!!

Do that mean u stretched your pouch???☺️????

I'd slow down in terms of amount. Lobster is pretty tender, and before you know it, you've eaten more than a half cup portion. (Which is what I assume you are probably eating right now.) Also, my program says no shellfish until you're at least 8 weeks out. (I have no idea why, and I tend not to et it, so I didn't ask...) I hope you're feeling better!
