Exercise and TOM

So I've been exercising more the last few days and TOM is here and my hunger has been pretty intense. Have any of you experienced this?

Yes. My hunger is out of control during my TOM. Also, if I run during my TOM, it seems to NEVER end! I just eat what I'm supposed to, track it, and skip the weigh-in that week (because it's never good--- lol).

Yes. For about 2-3 days. I don't fight it. I roll with it and that has worked for me. I was scared in the beginning but month after month the same thing. I have learned to listen to and trust my body.

Thanks for your replies. I have also found that my weight goes up 1-2 lbs during my TOM. So frustrating. But I have seen other posts from you guys and you have had great success. So I guess I'll just roll with it and try not to get my panties in a bunch.

If your panties bunch, promptly remove them until they can behave. :)

They're actually too big to bunch right now. I need new panties, hopefully not from Lane Bryant.
