Chest pains

I'm 5 days post op and experiencing chest pains? What could this be?

Your body just went through major surgery. I also experienced chest pains when I would drink Water or my Protein shakes, but that eventually went away.

I just woke up so I haven't drank anything yet... I don't know if it was the way I'm laying?

It might be, just keep an eye out for it. If you only feel your chest pain when you drink something or move around, that's normal. It might also be gas as well, I would try taking some gas-x
