I had my gastric sleeve surgery approximately four weeks ago. I lost 15 lbs. pre-operation and 15 lbs. within one week after surgery. The scale has not moved since. I am sticking to my diet and protein and water intake and just in the last week and a half started exercising every single day for at least 1/2 hour. So in three weeks of eating less than ever, all the water and protein and exercise and nothing?! I know so many people that have had this done and they lost in excess of 50 lbs. in first couple of months. What could I be doing wrong?
