  • Popular Post

Brag time!!! Today I completed week 5 day 2 of my Couch to 5K program, which has you do a 5 min warm up walk, 8 min run, 5 min walk, then 8 min run again, then 5 min cool down. AND I DID IT!!!!!!!!!!!! It was hard: the 2nd block was not for wimps, but I did it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Wooo hooo!!

PS Week 5 Day 3 is a 20 min run. I will keep at it till I get it right!!

How awesome .... YOU DID IT!!!!!!

Go ahead and brag! You earned it! Congrats :)

I bet it was real exciting to run. just to feel that again. I can't wait.

Amazing what one can do when you start to loose weight.....congratulations...you are also learning the secret to successful exercising

...not that it's easy, but that it brings great rewards and accomplishments, and you only want more and more...wait till the endorphins kick in and you experience a "Runner's High"...trust me, it's coming!

I always stuck with a day until I completed it correctly also...sometimes I would go back and start the week over to work back into that difficult day...

So awesome! I also did the program. It's the best feeling when you complete that 20 min run. Actually each run you complete it's the best feeling. Good job!
