gaining weight

Hi everyone, I had my gastric sleeve surgery on May of 2012 and I lost 68lbs. My current weight is 212lbs. But I'm stuck with my weight now. I'm having very stressful moments in my life right now that I'm lost my priorities and the encouragement to reach my goals. I want to know how I can going back and started again. Please I really appreciate any suggestions. Sincerely.

If you need some psychological encouragement, consider seeing a therapist to find out why you may have sabotaged yourself. It's never too late to get back on the program, all you need is to want it. Good luck.
