2-4 week stalls are very common. I always hit them when I dieted years ago. Here's a scientific reason why this happens: http://www.dsfacts.com/weight-loss-stall-or-plateau.html

You all seriously need to quit weighing yourselves. I went a whole year and lost nothing, nada, and I never gave up. Stop weighing yourselves every single day or you will drive yourself insane.

Has anyone heard of the "3 week stall"? I am 3 weeks out and have stalled on my weight loss. I mentioned this on a Myfitnesspal forum and someone said that a 3 week stall is common. She also said I should be able to find lots of info online about it. I've come up with zilch. So I'm asking fellow bandsters what's the word???
