Having a debate with someone. I drink a Gold Standard whey Protein shake (24 or 27 grams of protein) every morning for Breakfast with 8oz unsweetened Almond milk, 1/2 banana & a tsp of Peanut Butter. I'm being told whey protein will make me gain weight because it builds muscle. I do about 30 minutes of cardio 3-4 times per week. What are your thoughts? Do you recommend a different protein?
Banded on 10/15/13 and down 23 lbs. Had my second fill of 1.8 ccs 2/5/13. Total fill 6.8 ccs in my 11 band. Still not in green zone but stuck in Bandster Hell.
