Hi fellow veg! Weak and tired at this stage is normal. What food texture are you allowed to eat? Are you ovo-lacto? In my third week I was allowed mush. I had wet scrambled egg with cheese, cottage cheese, yogurt, peanut butter, almond butter, vegan egg salad, veggie delites souffles.

Hello.I am 3 weeks post op.just out of puree stage...I should try scrambled eggs.

thanks.

I also ate a lot of soups at that time. Always added cheese for protein. The hardest part is the lack of veggies. It gets better as you learn to work it. Feel free to reach out. If I'm really short on my numbers I grab a tall sugar free vanilla breve from Starbucks.

I ate lentil soup, ricotta bake (world according to eggface for recipe), cottage cheese, pudding with protein powder mixed in, refried beans, and guacamole.
