You both will do wonderfully!!!! The band is a wonderful help in getting the weight OFF for good!!!

I found the surgery to be an easy one, of course everyone reacts differently. I was up walking within hours....and walked every little bit, the nurses laughed at me. It worked for me tho!

Welcome to LBT both of you! It is a GREAT site for support!!! I think there is a March band group on here----you might do a search under March---and look for it!

Check in and let us know how you did!!!

Melisa, its okay to be worried and scared. That is natural. I had a major meltdown before my surgery and they also had to give me an anti anxiety pill when I got to the hospital. Just let them know how you are feeling the day of surgery and they will take care of you. Good luck.

Wow! congratulations...you will both do fine...it is completely normal to be nervous but this is a VERY wonderful thing to do for yourselves so be proud that you have the courage to walk through those hospital doors...keep us posted on your progress. and welcome to LBT.
