Need surgery date

I finally got approved for my surgery!!!!!!!!!! Now I'm getting impatient because I dont have my surgery date yet. Got approved on the 27th. Can someone please tell me about how long it takes to get the surgery date???? Pulling my hairs out

I too am going nuts waiting for a date! Insurance was approved a month ago but they're so backlogged at Group Health that I can't get in for my psych eval until the end of April, and they won't even let me make an appt for a prep until after that's done. Then it's another 6-8 weeks out on the doctor's surgery schedule. It''s maddening!

I also can't seem to get at all motivated to start losing weight when I don't have any idea how long i'll be waiting for the surgery. Aargh!!!
