Terrible Dieter's
Here's my question. If you were a terrible dieter prior to the sleeve surgery, How are you doing with your sleeve? What's your prgress? Do you follow your nuts diet or do you eat in moderation?

Smoking denial?
My Dr. Required 6 weeks smoke free. Blood test to prove your nicotine free. Second Hand smoke can make your test come back positive.

I was approved in 5 days!! They were great

pre opt diet
I have been on this diet for one wk and lost Nothing!! Shake for breakfast Shake for lunch 4oz of protein and 2 cups of green veggies for supper. Anyone else go thru this?

Hi Sassy!!!! I do not have to do a full liquid diet. I only have to do full liquid 48 hours before surgery

Sassy, I go back to my nut 2/12 I think thats when I will have to do some kind of diet. My dr doesnt do all liquids for two weeks. Only 48 hours.

I sure will Sassy!! I cannot wait to get this done and start my new journey. As far as being nervous I'm not at all. Maybe when the time gets closer, I will be. But, if the Dr. Called right now and said you ready I would jump in my car be there in 20 minutes!!

Need surgery date
I got my surgery date January 13th the was approved on January 28th. All Dr. Office's do it differently.
