Have you started your pre diet yet. I'm on day six of my liquid diet. Doing ok I guess.

Pre-made shakes...I like premier Protein shakes, I also eat sugar free pudding and Jello and Swanson's broth. I'm having the sleeve done and my Dr. want 2 weeks of a clear liquid diet. So no real food.

My surgery went fine. I have my first post-op visit tomorrow in Washington. Congrats on your weight loss.

I was sleeved on 12/17 in St. Louis, and am looking for sleeve buddies in the St. Louis area.

I like in ofallon mo. I was sleeved in 4/23 down 105lbs but been stuck for 3 weeks.

Feb 11 scheduled sleeve date. I live 45 min out of STL.
