    Where are the November Sleevers?

Nov 2nd will be 1 year for me. I've lost 120 lbs and my surgeon's goal for me was only to lose 60 to 70 lbs. I'm now trying to maintain my weight. Love my sleeve.
  2. Hi MoeMee, Welcome to the group. I was sleeve in Nov 2014 and I'm doing well. I'm down 100 lbs...almost to goal. Who is doing your surgery?
  3. Premier Protein now comes in Powder form. SAMS Club has the powder in vanilla and chocolate.
  4. I weigh myself and take measurements once a week. I also keep a food journal. I'm 2.5 months post op.
  5. I ride a stationary bike for 30 mins every day, plus walk over 10,000 steps a day. I use free weight every other day.

Congrats on your weight loss. Have you thought about going to a second hand store to buy a few clothes to have while you are losing. I think I am going to head to Goodwill on Saturday to see what I can find.
  7. I'm 9.5 weeks out and my surgeon told me 800-1000 day. She also said after 800 calories if I'm still hungry drink a Protein shake.

    Sleeping

I sleep in a recliner for the first 5 days after I came home from the hospital. Once I started sleeping in the bed again, I sleep on my side with a body pillow.

Phone charger, robe, and something to read or do. Of all the things I took those were the things I used the most. And don't for get to walk and walk as soon as you can.
