Am I stretching my pouch?

For dinner tonight I had 2 boca burger patties grilled (180 calories and 34g of protein!). The box said that the 2 patties are a total of 5oz in WEIGHT. My surgeon told me to aim for 4-6oz meals, but I'm thinking that's a VOLUME measurement.

When I finished eating I was no longer hungry and was satisfied. My restriction was telling me that I could not eat any more.

Bottom line. I ate 5oz of quality Protein and am full. Am I stretching my pouch in any way? Should I have eaten less and then snacked later, or is the 5oz amount in line with what my surgeon said and I need to relax? I'm worried that I'm stretching my pouch. (I don't eat and drink either).

I feel so much better to know that I am not alone in my fears and that others are (lucky too) do not have food tolerance issues. I thought something was wrong and that it didn't work right because I can eat (so far) anything. Sometimes I fee very alone because no one understands my fears or issues. This helps! Thank you!</span></span></p>

It's a scary feeling like why did I do this with no restrictions after?! But there are still measure your food and enjoy that cheat every once in a while don't let yourself forget your goal that's the hard part with being to consume anything :/
