  1. It's a scary feeling like why did I do this with no restrictions after?! But there are still measure your food and enjoy that cheat every once in a while don't let yourself forget your goal that's the hard part with being to consume anything :/
  2. "Ummmmm" I think people are always quick to judge how about a possibility while eating what we are required to but maybe have a lot lower metabolism than others that's a Huge possibility! Maybe have your metabolism tested I did and found out mine is lower than most meaning I will lose slower!
  3. I didn't see anyone say they were eating crap! I myself still eat entirely less just some of us have had no side effects from the we've which can be good and bad!
  4. I, like you, can eat whatever I was sleeved 1/14 and am stuck and maintaining exact weight not losing anymore I'm thinking of starting over at liquid phase also! Tell me how this goes for you!
  5. Looking at April...I have two more nutrition classes and I should be scheduled! Can't come soon enough! I'm 7 weeks Tuesday let me know if you have any questions I'm always happy to chat
  6. I had a breast reduction a little over 10 years ago....one of my better decisions! While I haven't been sleeved yet. From what I have read here, breast reduction recovery was easy. My sister had augmentation and was in much more pain than I was...probably because they cut through and stretch muscle tissue. If you can get wls, you can definitely handle a reduction! Thanks for the words I'm thinkin the same thing! When are you scheduled for sleeve surgery???
  7. I also was told 6 months... I'm 6 weeks out and have eaten it almost everyday with protein obviously! Love salad and never a bother to my sleeve!
  8. Can't wait to wear heels comfortably I felt at 230 they didn't look good at all on me so I went with boots (tall) often! I want a breast reduction and lift but have for a long time I'm so glad I waited now that I've had surgery! I'm curious to see how many get lifts done after? Shockingly I heard reductions are horribly painful but still worth it! Show some pics in your heels ladies!
  9. Thanks for this! I am more than likely going extension route!
  10. Love love love it! Lord we have the same taste ahahahah my friends call me designer addict great job!

  14. Hi! I am starting my 5 weeks today and no your not alone! While I was a night eater I just told my husband it feels so good to sleep all night long abs bit wake up hungry! I have lost my hunger pains... Do you have them? If boy it's your head it helps to go to bed early and get a full nights sleep being 5 weeks out I have splurged some but complete different portions than before what are you eating now? Are you getting your protein? With protein you should be getting full!
  15. I've been stalled for 2 weeks! Sleeved 1/14 I'm desperate to see the scale move! I mean I didn't cut out 85% of my stomach for 14 lbs. from what I've read and told my body is regulating from shock how did your first stall go? How far out are you?
  16. Hi sleeved one day later the 14th yay one month Tomo! Yes to the pasta and was one of the worse experiences of my life! Threw up over and over I now know (secretly a God send) that I can't have pasta which isn't bad cause I was an addict!
  17. Your are not eating enough calories!!! Your body is in starvation mode and hanging on to every morsel of food you feed it! That is the craziest thing I ever heard! You body burns calories even at rest. It is called, BMR (basal metabolic rate). You are exhausted b/c you are starving!!! Yes today I tracked everything and upped my cal to 1100 and felt much better! I realize he's unrealistic and I'm not going that route he's an amazing surgeon with great results but with two small kids and eating more cals makes me a slow loser so be it I'm good with a year he also told me I had to lose to my goal in 6 months or I failed my sleeve and the rest is maint after lots of research I see that is untrue I'm wishing you best of luck! Can't wait to see before and after pics I'm not regretting the surgery but the stalls DO not help!
  18. Congrats you look gorgeous!
  19. My surgeon is strict he says 500 calories a day and 1000 burning to always be negative I just can't do it I'm exhausted! Yesterday was start of my 4th week and I have been at a stall for almost 2 weeks and I cry everyday what am I doing wrong? I eat my protein zero cal drinks and walk 5-6 miles 4 days a week! I cant figure out if this means I'm a slow loser or am I doing all this wrong I may need a support group cause I did NOT do this surgery to lose 14 lbs! Keep me updated how you lose!
  20. Thanks my Italian friend! I'm just not going to go there anytime at all in the near or possible future!
  21. Amazing post! This is truly helpful I'm at a stall at this moment and feeling like there's hope!
  22. Man I wanted something smooth too but was so afraid to put anything in me
  23. Thanks for the feed back guys I know we are all different but like I said I was so scared while driving with my kid in the car and not being able to breathe I think it's like your eggs I won't be doing it again, ever!
  24. Well the perfect recovery with nothing causing irritation to my sleeve stopped today! I can drink fast I can eat anything so far yet today I got some chicken very thinly sliced and it came with now tie pasta I was wanting a little energy and since nothing had bothered me, I ate some! And oh my word! I thought I was going to die! I threw up 6 times everything got stuck and I couldn't breathe! There is a silver lining I'm a carb addict I truly believe it was a slap on the hand and I well scared the crap out of myself! Anyone else have this happen? Could I have hurt my sleeve? I now know I have a sleeve and it doesn't like everything! Feedback? Yes I was Sleeved 1/14! To soon?
  25. THANK YOU so much for all the encouraging words I'm not going to stress over the 6 months and yes he meant the 60% over the 6 months after will be much harder however really life is this forum and people are losing at 6+ months out so I'm not going to feel like I failed! Best of luck to all and I love reading all the stories I sure hope I'm losing and successful as you all are I am going to meet with a nutritionist to talk about this he wants me taking in 500 cal and always being negative with 1000 burning for workout but my energy level is nowhere near allowing me that much
