Anyone else experience this pain?

I just had my surgery jan 8 of this year, about 3 days ago I started experiencing this pain on my right side a little below my breastbone. A second look at it today, it a little swollen. Is this normal?

    Not directly under my breastbone but the pain is more towards the left side but the swelling is a little under my breastbone.

    No. I'm having some severe pain on my right side. However the left is where most of the work is done. I'd speak with my doc.It may be part of the normal healing progress or could be something else. Feel better soon.
