Dehydrated

Hi guys I've been MIA because I've been in the Hospital... Kept taking all of my Blood Pressure meds as prescribed and my Blood pressure bottomed out, and I am severely dehydrated... I have been following my fluid intake regime, eating sugar free Popsicles, and 100% fruit juices... On top of that I keep a 32 ounce ice water bottle at all times sipping... Guys I just need some advice..

Don't panic. Pray. Keep trying to increase your water intake. It helped when I started to add crystal light to every other water bottle. Otherwise, just relax until you heal more. God bless you honey.

I'd watch the fruit juices. Too much sugar, even natural sugar.

How far out are you? I find that I don't need to sip anymore, I can take a good gulp. The fruit juice is not that great for fluids. If you don't like plain Water try G2 or Crystal Light.
