Yes I'm post op and I was urged to take mild ones often..it gets difficult to go sometimes with the protein intake

I hate the. chalky tasting stuff, so I swallow two Perdiem tablets at bedtime and by morn, oh happy day! I'm seven wks out, so you should be fine. (Of course, just my opinion. Check with your docs office or their manual.

Miralax is a god send!! It may take a couple days to get fully started, but once it kicks in if u use it daily, it will be the best thing ever for u!
