Newbie and cravings

Had bypass on January 7th so it's still early days for me. Still eating liquidised foods but starting to really crave cheese! My weight loss has been 8kg in 3 weeks......looking forward to solids in a few more weeks

I had exactly the same experience. Doesn't make much sense. Can't explain it. But that's what happens. Just a little bit and you're good to go. Amazing!

I wanted a Lays potato chip yesterday. Thank god for marketing because I told myself you can just have one. Today has been much better.
