I like going to the gym. I like walking on the treadmill and then working my target areas-- butt, abs and arms. This is just a reminder to warm up before pushing yourself. I didn't and I hurt my knee and have been out of the gym for a week and limping. Sigh. I know better than this. Best thing for me is to walk kind of slow for five minutes. Stop the tread mill and stretch. Then continue on the treadmill, increasing speed as I feel my legs warming up.
