First Adjustment and My New Workout

I had my first adjustment today. It went a lot quicker than I expected. I wasn't completely numbed when the nurse stuck the big needle in, but I was ok once she started adjusting the needle and my port to get it in. I am excited to see what this adjustment will do to my eating. I can't believe it's been 5 weeks since my surgery!

My workout. Let me start out by saying that I HATE the heat, so it's crazy that I even went. I started going to Bikram yoga and I LOVE it. I am planning to go at least 3 times a week. I'm so glad I found something low impact that is still challenging and will give me a good workout.

Check out my blog @ http://adventuresinlapbandland.blogspot.com/

I will be posting weekly weight updates and monthly measurements. I will also post anything fun or exciting that happens.
