5 weeks out feeling bloated

I am 5 weeks out today and have been feeling bloated on both sides of belly for 4 days. Called on call dr Sunday night and she thought it was constipation which it may be. Took laxative and felt a little better but the bloated feeling is back again. I hate to be a baby pestering the dr as it's not that bad but it gets annoying to feel like crap after eating or drinking all the time.

I've reduced portion sizes back to 2 oz from 4 oz but not getting enough Protein and calories are about 600/day.

I was doing better when on cottage cheese and yogurt so I'm having more of that again.

Ok I'm done whining ....

LOL :) It's ok to whine. This is NOT easy! You're not doing too bad for just starting out. I don't think I got over my bloatedness for at least 6 months. Eat whatever your stomach can tolerate that is high in Protein and Water, WATER, WATER!!

Besos,
