I don't track sugar (I am not diabetic, insulin-resistant, etc. so no need to) but I keep my carbs to between 30 and 60, fat to under 30, and calories to under 800. This is all per my dietician's inst

Protein more than 90 and carbs less than protein. That's it. I'm 8 months out now and I'm getting between 900 and 1100 calories a day.

Pretty much 2 months out and not measuring anything. We just stick to proteins and the basics, no carbs or sugar if at all! My husband has terrible diabetes but his blood suga has stabilized at 11
