Loose skin?

I was 320 in May and now I'm 190. I find I have some loose skin around my stomach. Will that ever naturally tighten up from working out? And what about stretch marks? Can they go away naturally ??

Any advise would be great

Very nice transformation, regardless of extra skin.

I was wondering the same thing? What helps the skin go away?

I exercise 7 days a week pretty much and I find that it is helping, I use vitamin E cream a lot too. Just wondering if would eventually get better and start adapting more

Plastic Surgery!! There is only so much creams and exercise can do when you have a lot of weight to loose.

I was watching Dr. Oz today it was about anti aging and skin care. One of the things that was brought up was using a collagen supplement { collagen hydrolyzed } which is in a pill form. It helps the skin from the inside out. I figure it might be worth trying. 2 1000mg once a day on a empty stomach.
