Just a thought not sure if this will work but I do this as a snack and noticed the skin isn't as bad. I freeze them for like 30 min to an hour and then eat them. I know if sounds wierd but you can also peel the skin off.

I actually have to take 2 bites with a little time in between, to eat one grape!!

Then after eating 6-8 of them, I cannot eat anything more....

3-4 bites to eat one shrimp....and so on...

i have trouble with the skin, but if I do eat grapes, I am like B-52 and take more than one bite! Karen..aka.kl724

I love grapes myself. My trick is since the skin is hard to grind up with ur teeth, I just eat the grapes normally and all the inside of the grape comes out by itself. And your just left with the skin. So I just spit it out. Sounds weird but it works for me. So that way I'm not wasting time peeling the grape or worrying about if I chewed the grape enough. Hope this makes sense. Lol

I just simply bite, chew, and swallow. No problem with grapes. It is one of the few fruits I don't have a problem with.

I use the lowfat lowcal canned fruit that I wash the sugars out of the fruit. They come with skinless grapes.
