Sept POST OP

My gastric bypass was done Sept5, 2013. I'm seeing what others have lost around the same time. Jan 5 will be 4 months for me. I'm down 57lbs. I'm happy for the loss I just assumed it would be more by now but maybe not. Either way I'm happy for my decision. How's everyone else doing?!

I wish everyone a fantastic new year with amazing results!! ????????

I think we all hope for more, but our bodies are adjusting now. We can do this, just focus and follow your surgeons plan for you !

Both of you have lost more than me though!!! That's great. I'm proud of you both!! Keep going!

My surgery was 9-23-13, I've lost approximately 50lbs now, just a little over 50% of what I need to lose. My Dr. said I'm ahead of my expected weight loss, so I'm gonna keep doing what I've been doing.
