I can't shake this awful feeling I have most days. It's like nausea, butterflies, headache, & fatigue. The only time I feel good is when I am sitting in my recliner after taking an anit-nausea pill & drinking a small glass of milk. I get up everyday, go to work, try to eat right, try to exercise, hoping that any day now I will feel like my old self (only lighter!).
My sister had lap-band & she said everything I'm feeling is normal as she felt the same way for about 2 months. But reading the forums on here, it seems like everyone is totally back to normal by this time.
The one bright spot is that I'm down almost 40lbs.
I just ordered some samples from Unjury because I've been having difficulty getting all my protein in from food, so I'm going to up my intake by adding their unflavored protein to things like sugar free pudding & veggie chili as well as making more protein shakes.
Last night was a horrible night at work but thats probably because
Can someone shed some light on anything I can do to help me feel better?
Thanks everyone!
