sickness bug- could it damage band

help I have had a 24hr vomiting bug - first time in years , wouldn't normally be over worried except now I have band [ fitted 23/11/2012] , I have now managed to keep liquids down so having slimfast shakes , no pain so hope there will be no ill effects with band ? any experiences of same ?

    Maybe you could ask your doctor for some Zofran or Phenergan to help with vomiting/nausea? Hope you feel better soon!
