Wow, is it ever hard to stay away from food on the holidays, I have just started this journey and know its at least 6 months for approval. No one calls back, Insurance is tricky and I need to loose some weight. This body of mine does not handle the lbs well. I'm going to start again today with the requisite phone calls but don't expect to hear anything until after the New Year. Why is it so hard to write in this forum??? I'm not sure why it is required... but if it will get me to the end of this journey I will continue to do so. Having some doubts.

That's... Well.. Just weird.. But if it's required that you write here, I would suggest that you read here MORE importantly..

I cant imagine being told I must write in this forum. But you will find that being able to write your thoughts down does help. I agree reading is the most important tool this forum has to offer.

You are not required to write here. Lol

It just helps to discuss and participate each step of the way. This journey is not a simple one and communicating with others who are going through the same thing is supportive in itself.
