Alter Ego

Today my former fat alter ego to control at the movie concession and ordered a hot dog! After eating a bite, chewing, and savoring the saltiness of it I swallowed and thought "WHAT THE HELL AM I DOING?" I decided to escape from my 9 visiting in laws and there craziness by seeing a movie and unconsciously I ordered one of the worst things for myself. Just shows how this is and will always be a life long struggle.

And then you did what with it? Did you toss it? :)

Good for you for recognizing your behavior! You will lose a battle here and there but that does not mean you will lose the war.

I tossed it!

Excellent recovery! I'm seeing this today; I'm rattling around the house and somehow my head is telling me "Eat eat eat." But fortunately, there's mostly good stuff in the house.

Treated myself to one sugar cookie today. It was good but I honestly thought I'd enjoy it more. No desire to have another one.

Had an eat eat eat kind of day. So first time in 2 months I didn't have a plan. It's ok...I ate all day. Protein first but just too much. I am ok and know I need to plan. That's it. Simple. Tomorrow back on the plan.
