I am singing praises this morning cos I have never been so happy to lose a mere 4 pounds in my entire 38 yrs of being alive. For two months plus, the scale was stuck at 242 and today, I reluctantly hopped on it expecting to see same numbers but was amazed when it read 238. I screamed so loud that I woke up my two babies sleeping. So happy. Best Christmas gift.

    Congrats! You deserve to do the happy dance!!!

    I know exactly how that feels. I was stuck for several months and then finally one day it happened. I think the only thing that saved my sanity was during that time I went from a tight 12 to a loose 10.
