I am 8 days post op, wondering how much walking should i be doing?

I am always hungry! Will a ton of walking make me more hungry? Will it hurt if I do liite walking until I can eat something? My doc has me on 3 weeks of liquids.

7 days out and I can't walk up the stairs!!! Without being exhausted!! No fuel I suppose?!? Anyone else??

I was feeling hunger pangs post op. Then some kind soul told me it very likely isn't really hunger though it feels exactly like it. They were right. It was acid. I take my antacid on schedule and dilute it with Water when I still feel it. Helps everythime. Hope this helps.
