Stomach Capacity after flu

I had some type of stomach bug ( no puking luckily) and after 2 days of just liquids, I tried some food. I was full after just a couple bites. Is this from not eating for 3 days? Anyone else have this happen to them? I am 6 months out from surgery.

You know I just came down with a bug or cold. I have been laying in bed for 2 days. I have not wanted to eat at all. I was worried about it so I made my self eat some cottage cheese and soft chicken. I could only get a few bites. I think this is just typical when your feeling under the weather. At least for me. I am 5.5 months out also. ^_^

Strange you should say this - I went the whole day (stupidly) without eating anything - so it had been like 24 hours since I ate anything - I was drinking though - but I seemed to get full a lot more quickly than I usually would... uncomfortably so even..
